Dawn Patrol

Have fitness goals or projects to send? Dawn Patrol will get you there! Dawn Patrol is a group fitness program where you'll work with a coach who'll guide the group in different training techniques to improve power and endurance in your climbing. Most participants notice increases in their climbing ability by the end of the course!

Training for Climbing

Make the most of the training tools available in the gym! This 4-week, 8-session group fitness program will offer coaching to help participants generate power, finger strength and overall technique; featuring specialized training tools to finally put down your open projects. Participants will also receive guidance to continue their training outside of the program.
