Dawn Patrol

Have fitness goals or projects to send? Dawn Patrol will get you there! Dawn Patrol is a group fitness program where you'll work with a coach who'll guide the group in different training techniques to improve power and endurance in your climbing. Most participants notice increases in their climbing ability by the end of the course!

Core + Cardio for Climbers

This class consists of a 15 minute warmup to get your heart rate up followed by 45 minutes of varied core exercises followed by stretching at the end. These exercises will help strengthen the muscles in the abdomen, back, obliques, and more. Benefits of continuous core strengthening include improving your balance and control while climbing and improved cardio allows you to climb longer.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release (MYR) allows you to work with the connective tissue network that provides support to the whole body known as fascia. In this class participants practice using therapy balls directly on targeted areas that might have become overused or underused from daily habits, exercise or specific activities such as climbing. You'll be guided through techniques, yoga postures, and dynamic/static range of motion exercises. It increases strength and establishes healthy movement patterns. It can help relieve pain and stress and improves balance, flexibility, and coordination.

Core 45 (Online)

This class consists of 45 minutes of strengthening all aspects of our core. The variety of exercises and use of equipment will help strengthen the muscles in the abdomen, back, obliques, and more. Additional benefits include improving your balance and control on the wall during your climbing sessions.
