Have fitness goals or projects to send? Dawn Patrol will get you there! Led by a dedicated coach, this 8-session group fitness program focuses on improving power and endurance in climbing. Throughout the training period, sessions will feature a blend of workouts, climbing-based drills, and strategic training planning.

Make the most of the training tools available in the gym! This 4-week, 8-session group fitness program will offer coaching to help participants generate power, finger strength and overall technique; featuring specialized training tools to finally put down your open projects. Participants will also receive guidance to continue their training outside of the program.
