Waiver

Climbing is dangerous. Climbing presents a significant inherent risk of serious physical injury, including paralysis, disability or death. When you climb at Edgeworks Climbing, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with climbing. Please be careful.

Complete Your Waiver

WHO NEEDS A WAIVER:
1) All Guests: Every guest entering an Edgeworks facility or participating in an outdoor program must have a signed waiver on file.
2) Minors: Waivers for minors under the age of 18 require the signature of their parent or legal guardian.
3) Annually: All waivers must be updated every 12 months.

TIPS FOR COMPLETING A WAIVER:
1) Save time by filling out a waiver before you arrive.
2) Watch the 4-minute safety video designed to make everyone's experience in our gyms more enjoyable.
3) Have your cell phone or email available, it will be needed to complete the verification process for the waiver.
4) If you have trouble, give us a call or head into the gym and we'll be happy to help.

IMPORTANT! WAIVERS FOR MINORS:
1) Waivers for minors must be signed by a PARENT or COURT APPOINTED legal guardian.
2) Waivers signed by a friend, relative or group leader WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
