TO OUR MEMBERS
If you're considering freezing or cancelling your membership in response to our efforts to help reduce the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we completely understand. Edgeworks is a small, locally owned business employing 50+ people from the Tacoma area; they along with our members (you!) are the community that helped build this gym. For that, we have always been committed to providing the best experience possible.

Financial support of any kind from our community (you!) will directly benefit our staff and our ability to reopen ours doors.


KEEP YOUR MEMBERSHIP GOING
We ask those of you who are financially able, to please stick with us through this difficult time and continue your membership. Other options include:

PURCHASE A GIFT CARD: Your gift card purchase now will help pay our employees and give you the flexibility of many purchase options when we reopen!

PURCHASE A PUNCH PASS: Secure your punch pass now and you'll have a full year from the time we reopen to use them!

PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP: Help keep the community employed by becoming part of it.


FREEZE or CANCEL or UPDATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP
We understand this is tough and freezing your membership might be necessary.

FREEZE: You can freeze your membership for free while we are closed.

CANCEL: We hope to see you back climbing with us soon.

UPDATE INFO: Update billing and/or contact information, unfreeze or ask us questions.

PREPAID MEMBERSHIPS: Expiration dates for all pre-paid memberships (6-month and annual) will be automatically adjusted to reflect the number of days we are closed. No action is required.
