The health + well-being of our members, guests, staff + greater community continues to be of utmost importance as we continue to slowly re-open Edgeworks in very limited ways.

Before You Arrive

There are several important changes + details everyone must be aware of before making a reservation. Please be sure to complete each of the following before arriving at the gym: To reduce traffic + interactions at the front desk, members are strongly encouraged to submit account updates 24 hours in advance of your visit - or - wait until everybody is checked in for assistance.

Returning Members

  • RESERVATIONS REQUIRED: every person must have a reservation, including children + non-climbers; do not bring additional people with you.
  • MEMBER GUEST PASSES: members may use the guest passes included with their membership; members must be present for guest passes to be used.
  • CANCELLATIONS: if your plans change, please be sure to cancel your reservation; simply give us a call at 253-564-4899 or respond to the confirmation email received.
  • FROZEN MEMBERSHIPS: will automatically unfreeze on the date a reservation is made and monthly billing will resume with prorated dues for the remaining part of the current month.

Day Passes

  • RESERVATIONS REQUIRED: every person must have a reservation, including children + non-climbers; do not bring additional people with you.
  • RESTRICTIONS: all guests must be 14 years or older.
  • CANCELLATIONS: day pass purchases are non-refundable, please contact us if you need to reschedule; no-shows forfeit the opportunity to reschedule.

Punch Passes + 30-Day Intro Passes

  • RESERVATIONS REQUIRED: every person must have a reservation, including children + non-climbers; do not bring additional people with you.
  • EXPIRATION DATES: current pass holders will have their expiration dates extended on the date a reservation is made.
  • RESTRICTIONS: there are no age restrictions for new or current Punch Pass or Intro Pass users.
  • CANCELLATIONS: if your plans change, please be sure to cancel your reservation; 1) cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not receive a credit for their unused pass; 2) no-shows will not receive a credit and forfeit the opportunity to reschedule.

Reservation Information

AVAILABILITY: reservations are available every hour, on the hour and can be booked up to 1 week in advance.

ZONE RESERVATIONS: you must stay within your reserved area/zone for the full 2 hour session. If space permits, you may request to move to a new area/zone; staff approval is required.

CAPACITY: our low capacity numbers help us prioritize health + safety. For this reason, please do not arrive early for your reservation or stay longer than your reserved 2 hour time slot.

CANCELLATIONS: as a courtesy to others, please notify us in advance if you need to cancel your reservation. To do so, please call us at 253-564-4899 or respond to the confirmation email received.

LATE ARRIVALS: anyone not checked-in within the first 15 minutes risks losing their reservation to another climber; after 30 minutes, our system will automatically cancel the reservation.

STANDBY OPTION: a standby line is available for non-reservation, drop-in climbing; availability is not guaranteed.

Please limit your reservations to:

  • One area/zone per time slot; double bookings will be cancelled without notice.
  • One 2-HOUR time slot per day; double bookings will be cancelled without notice.
  • 4 reservations per week, per person. Use of the standby-line option won't count toward this limit.

Can I make reservations for other people?

Due to the membership unfreeze action that takes place at the time of reservation, we recommend booking only for yourself and other members on your account.

Members may use their guest passes - including free first time guest passes and 1 regular guest pass per month. Members must be present for guest passes to be used.

The reservation process includes many important details everyone must know before arriving, this information must be shared with everyone included in the reservation prior to arriving.
