The health + well-being of our members, guests, staff + greater community continues to be of utmost importance as we continue to follow the guidance and restictions put forth by the state.

Before You Arrive

There are several important changes + details everyone must be aware of before making a reservation. Please be sure to complete each of the following before arriving at the gym: IMPORTANT: Membership, Punch Passes and 30-Day Intro Passes must be purchased before making a reservation.

Reservations

NO RESERVATION LIMITS for Members, Punch Pass + Intro Pass holders! Unlimited reservations daily + weekly.

RESERVATION REQUIRED: Peak Times Only!

  • Monday - Friday: 4pm-10pm | Saturday + Sunday: ALL DAY
  • Members, Member Guests, Punch Pass + Intro Pass holders ONLY.
  • NO DAY PASSES.
  • 90-minute sessions, no limits.
  • Please only book reservations you will keep.

NO RESERVATIONS: Non-Peak Times, Walk-in Access Only

  • Monday - Friday: 6am-4pm
  • No reservations, zones or time limits*.
  • Facility capacity will be limited and may affect access; check our capacity counters before arriving.
  • Day passes allowed.

Details

  • RESERVATIONS REQUIRED: Every person must have a reservation, including children + non-climbers; do not bring additional people with you.
  • MEMBERS: An active membership is required at the time a reservation is made.
  • FROZEN MEMBERSHIPS: Will automatically unfreeze on the date a reservation is made and monthly billing will resume with prorated dues for the remaining part of the current month.
  • MEMBER GUEST PASSES: Members may use the guest passes included with their membership; members must be present for guest passes to be used.
  • CANCELLATIONS: If your plans change, please be sure to cancel your reservation; simply give us a call or respond to the confirmation email received.
  • DAY PASSES: Day pass purchases are non-refundable, please contact us if you need to reschedule; no-shows forfeit the opportunity to reschedule.
  • PUNCH PASS / INTRO PASS RESTRICTIONS: There are no age restrictions for new or current Punch Pass or Intro Pass users.
  • PUNCH PASS CANCELLATIONS: If your plans change, please be sure to cancel your reservation; 1) cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not receive a credit for their unused pass; 2) no-shows will not receive a credit and forfeit the opportunity to reschedule.

EARLY ARRIVALS: Please do not arrive early. We are unable to accomodate early arrivals due to capacity restrictions.

LATE ARRIVALS: Anyone not checked-in within the first 15 minutes risks losing their reservation to another climber. After 30 minutes, our system will automatically cancel the reservation.

STANDBY OPTION: Standby is available for non-reservation, drop-in climbing; availability is not guaranteed.
